James Hardie white board and batten siding with vinyl linen siding, black roof and black trim

Carlson Exteriors is now offering an exterior design service to help you remodel your current home or visualize selections for a new construction home. The design software allows you change the colors and the  locations for brick, siding, shakes, and board and batten. You can change the color of your roof as well.

New Construction Design

All we need is your print in a .pdf form and a couple days for the software to work it’s magic. From there, you can see different color combinations in roof and siding. The brick and stone options are limited for the New Construction Design.

The below images are of a print a customer brought in. They didn’t like the shake in the gables and wanted it switched to Board and Batten (vertical siding). They knew what they wanted for siding and roof selections but were unsure of how it would look with either a black or a grey brick. We were able to send them their home in two brick selections to help them visualize.

Remodel Design

We will come out and take photos of your home. Once these photos are uploaded into our software, it can take up to a couple days before we can start visualizing your new plans. You can add or subtract any exterior element on your home such as: add more shake, remove or add brick, see what vertical siding would like on your home, etc. The software for remodel design has a wide selection of brands and colors for brick/stone, siding, and roofing. If you would have Carlson Exteriors do your remodel work, the design fee would be applied as a credit to your final bill.

Below are a few examples of what our designer worked up for previous customers.
