We were impressed with the fact that your company has a dedicated project manager. When Caleb inspected our house and came to give us the estimate, we liked the folder of information that he gave us (estimate, insurance paperwork, information about the shingles and warranties, etc.). We didn’t have to ask for anything – it was all there and he was forthright about your company and how you do business. He took the time to answer our questions and very willingly came out to our house to talk with us a couple of times before we signed the contract. This was different than other companies that didn’t seem to have time to actually discuss the roofing work and their estimates (we got estimates from two other companies).
