I HATE internet companies! We recently moved to a rural area where only one company serviced our area. I was worried we would get the run-a-around because they had a monopoly but, man - I underestimated to what extent. After being rescheduled multiple times, being told I couldn’t get the service package their salesperson sold me, and that a new cable had to be dug underground from across and underneath the nearby highway I was ready to throw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old. I felt helpless. In the midst of my frustration, anger, and tears (yes - I embarrassingly admit I cried over not having internet Ha!) I realized that this situation is the reality for many homeowners in a home improvement contract. I immediately felt selfish and highly responsible. Responsible for all of our customers who call Carlson Exteriors. Essentially they are calling strangers they hardly know to tear off their roof or open up their house by removing windows. That’s a lot of trust just being handed over to Carlson Exteriors. To me. So to all our past customers, current customers, and future customers: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us your trust. I had the typical concerns of any home owner, which had nothing to do with your company. Those concerns were; will this be a company that does a quality job, will they be affordable, will they have good customer service, etc. I was surprised with how quickly you guys responded to my inquiry and how quickly the job was finished after that point. I have been very pleased with the customer service that was provided. The gentlemen who met with me and inspected the roof was very friendly and professional and he explained his plan of approach plainly and simply without any displeasure. So far my roof has not been properly tested with a good string of rainy days so we will see how it holds up when that comes. Nick did a good job of keeping me aware of any updates due to weather or other factors.
