I was surprised by the amount of the quote. I had no idea what would be involved with my repairs. But Kristin was able to to explain in detail what would need to be done. I was pleased that the work was done a few days earlier than I expected. I found Carlson very easy to work with, from Kristin to the the two men who completed the work. Very quality work!
