I was concerned that you would try to tell me I needed to replace my roof. I guess I pretty much steel myself against any company that wants to just sell me the big ticket vs doing a simple repair. I was surprised that you didn’t try to sell me a new roof! I was very pleased that Nick quickly assessed the repair needed, AND assessed the other vents on my roof and found that one other vent needed caulking. Plus, he identified some roof tiles that needed replacing and quoted all of that without just saying I needed an entire new roof!! THANK YOU!!!!
