After Rick and Alex began work, they were easy to talk to, showed great care in the removal of the old wood and screens, and were meticulous in placing the new materials and screens. I was also impressed with the clean-up. What has pleased me the most about your work is that Nick was very thoughtful and honest. Nick suggested additional repair on the roof, made suggestions for the screen as well as the porch material, and these were valid suggestions. I trusted him and I never felt he was trying to ‘sell’ me more. Also, the contacts, from you and from Nick, the scheduling, the completion of the work on the stated days, and the follow-ups were awesome! I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Finally, I would (and have) recommended Carlson to others. The work was exceptional and I am extremely happy with it. I know I will call Carslon should I need any construction work completed in the future.
