Before starting with you, I was just concerned that you might be a much higher price than your competitors, given that you are a highly-rated company. No surprises, which is great. I was pleased with how easy it was to work with you. Nick was extremely responsive and I felt he was very honest with me. The workers were very polite. Like way more polite than I expected. They showed up on time, did the work, and finished in less than a day. Honesty is so huge for me in business dealings. Nick was honest with me, even dating back to when I had him quote new gutters for me and we ended up not using Carlson. He wasn’t salty about me going somewhere else and he was still just as kind when I came back and asked for you to do my roof. He even honored the quote he did for me last summer. Carlson’s reputation and Nick’s customer service and honesty sold me.
