We had no concerns at all before you started the work, Nick was very professional and explained what he thought needed to be done, very clearly to us, to stop the roof leaks. The professionalism was very pleasing to us from the first initial visit with Nick, to the job being done and performed by the gentlemen sent. We would totally recommend Carlson for their expertise, professionalism, and quality of work. After having 3 other very nonprofessional roofers/roofing companies come and acted in an unprofessional manner and not helpful at all, it was a pure delight to have Nick be as professional as he was and the workers also.
