Nick was knowledgeable and educated me properly on the process that he would take to get the roof fixed, without degrading other companies and their opinions. I also appreciated the professionalism in scheduling for an estimate and for the work to be completed- most other companies I called did not follow this process and seemed very disorganized. Yes, I would recommend Carlson Exteriors- very professional and the phone staff was kind and courteous (hard to find these qualities when calling around for estimates). Hopefully the leaks in question will be eliminated with the next heavy rain. Thank you!
