Nick did a great job explaining the process and we felt comfortable with what to expect.I like how easy it was to get in contact with you and that you always followed up. I was also very pleasantly surprised that we were able to commit to the work and lock in our quote several months in advance. This gave us peace of mind that even though we didn’t want the work done in the winter that our price wouldn’t continue to rise and that we’d be able to get on your schedule in the spring. We had that little miscommunication about where the bathroom vents were to be located. I thought they were going out through the siding, and you thought that the roof was fine. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally and I’m very grateful for that. Working with Nick was very easy. He provided all kinds of information and helped educate me about the choices I was making, but never pressured me into making a sale. I really appreciated the flexibility that you offered in planning to get the roof replaced several months after the initial quote. Your quote was competative with others that we received but offered more genuine certainteed products for the price than your competators (several quotes used felt paper instead of diamond deck). Your roofing team was professional and skilled at their trade. Care was taken during the install to protect the landscaping around the house. Overall, while a roof might not be a fun way to spend a lot of money, everyone that we worked with at Carlson made the process easy. I will definitely recommend Carlson to my friends that need new roofs and will look to Carlson for any future needs that you handle.
