I was surprised by how quickly you responded to my initial request for an estimate and even more surprised by how quickly your team scheduled the repairs and completed all the work. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated! Everyone, and do mean the person(s) I spoke to on the phone, Nick Carlson — the project manager, Dave — the repair project manager, and all the workers, were absolutely wonderful. I like to give constructive criticism, but I have none for your company! I would absolutely tell anyone to contact Carlson Exteriors, Inc. You had someone (Nick) at the house quickly to talk to me about repairs needed, and you sent Dave to ensure that the temporary roof patches would hold until the repair work could be done. These two gentlemen are top-notch!
