The improvements look wonderful. Overall everything went according to plan, no surprises which is always a good measure of success to me on things like this. The crew was very courteous and conscientious, especially concerning debris, nails, metal shavings, etc ( I have two dogs at home). If there was a matter of opinion they would ask and confirm with me before moving on so I always got it exactly the way I wanted. We’ve had tons of compliments on everything from neighbors- it’s truly a transformation and I’d recommended Carlson to others (in fact I already have)
