We were concerned that we had a leak that we didn’t know where it was. We didn’t have concerns about Carlson. It surprised us that we didn’t have much damage to be fixed. We are pleased that Carlson tried to find any place where water might be getting into our home and fix it. Carlson employees let us know that we should contact them if we have any problems in the area where they worked. Everyone we worked with was nice and obviously interested in doing a good job. All I can complain about is the noise required to do the work – and there is nothing to be done about that. We would recommend Carlson – employees we worked with were all polite and timely and seemed very knowledgeable about the work needing to be done. We really appreciate having a smaller bill than expected due to the work being quite a bit smaller than planned.
