Our house had a leak from the roof in the garage. The original roofer from 2020 seems to be out of business. I had one company’s guy look it over and he recommended some better flashing in one area and found some loose shingles on the top row on the porch. I asked for an estimate and was ghosted after that. I filled out an online form for another outfit. They acknowledged that I had contacted them but ghosted me again after that. I asked my neighbor who is in the building supply business for a recommendation and he came up with Carlson Exteriors. What a difference! I left a message and was called back promptly. I got an appointment for a few days out to evaluate the job. A few days later the repairs were done. No problem. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I wish I had them do the whole job in 2020.
