Before we started the home improvement of adding siding to our house. We had some rather unpleasant experiences with people who did other work. From the start to finish your whole crew were so helpful. Jason explained the process and was willing to answer or find the answers we had questions to. From day one to the last day the crew was polite and also willing to answer our questions. Bryant, JB and Shane worked tirelessly to give us a dream come true. The additional personel that showed up were polite as well. The “Yes Sir, No sir” responses showed that people can be courteous in these days of rudeness. That was well received. The craftsmanship is spot on. I feel as if nothing has been done with minimal effort. I know that with construction like this there is going to be pieces and garbage around. But they did keep the work place decently clean and added a suggestion that I made for curtailing small debris around the cut sites. Thank you for the additional effort. Only gripe I might have would be the cigarette butts on the ground. Not huge deal to me, but to some they might not be pleased. The final result was way past our expectations. I was emotionally moved on several occasions seeing my house go from an eye sore to the talk of the neighborhood. I use to turn the corner and feel discouraged with what we were living in. Now I look at our beautiful home with a shine in my eye and swollen chest with pride. I have already suggested to a neighbor that you guys are the ONLY way I’d ever go in the future. We have more things to accomplish to our home. When that time comes the first call will be to Carlson.
