I actually called you first because you do small jobs. Happy that there are no surprises after the estimate is given. I was surprised that it took a couple weeks longer to begin the work than you initially thought. It was fine with us, so no complaints here! I have already given out your name more than once. In one case they came to you because someone else had done a bad job and you guys were able to fix it.
