Carlson had done a small roofing job for me previously and I was pleased with he result and service. When Nick came to assess my issue – a leaking area around the vent, he explained what the problem was and how it could be remedied. I also had a dormer window that needed flashing – which nick confirmed for me. I was very pleased that Carlson was willing even to do the smallest of jobs of adding “gusher guards” on two corners on my gutters. Josh cleaned up the area before he left and explained to me what had been done. I feel the cost of the work is reasonable and am confident that the work was done has resolved the problems. That is true peace of mind for me.
