We were coming off of working with another company where I’d stupidly agreed to sign some asinine contract about our roof. I was concerned that my experience with Carlson would be similar but was pleasantly surprised. Nick was great. Responded quickly, showed up quickly, had them finish the job quickly and was gracious about an extra job we added in installing our new storm door.
