We had no concerns before starting to work with Carlson. You had done a couple other roofs in our neighborhood last summer so we talked to one of those neighbors. They were happy with the job you did. I also read online reviews past customers had written, and everything was positive. We had several out of town roofing companies contact us after spring torms, but it was important to us to have a local company do our work. I can’t think of anything that surprised us…. maybe that I only found 3 nails in the yard. We were pleased with the communication with Nick. He was quick to answer e-mails I sent with questions and was available if I called. We were also pleased with the crew we had working on our roof. They did a great job and cleaned everything up very well. We had a few pieces of siding that needed to be replaced, and are very happy with that repair. Nick did a great job of matching the color to our 21 yr old existing siding. we were also happy that Carlson could do both the roof and siding repair. We would absolutely recommend Carlson and in fact, I already have. You do an excellent job with a great quality product. The work crew was professional, efficient, polite, and friendly. The new roof looks great! We have received many compliments.
