The communication and efficiency of your team has blown me away. It’s not common with contracting work to receive such up-to-date communication or to have a job started and completed in the time frame as promised. I worked with Jason Plummer on this project and his customer service and communication were exceptional. He was able to meet me the day after I called to view the property where the fence needed to be installed. A quote followed soon thereafter. Once I gave the ok, he ordered the materials so that they would be ready for install as soon as I closed on the new home I moved into. Shipment of that was delayed and out of his control, but he called me each day to give me an update and apologize, though not necessary. Once the project began, the fence went up quickly and looks great. More than anything, I was thrilled with the communication from Jason. I didn’t have to seek him out for an update which made one less thing for me to worry about. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from Carlson as a whole and have already recommended your company to a friend of mine. Thank you!
