I was surprised and pleased at the quick response for leaving a voicemail. Nick phoned me within a couple of hours, came over to look at my roof, and sent two men out that day to repair the roof. I appreciated Nick’s honesty and explanation of the work needed. The men who did the repair let me know when they arrived and worked efficiently to do the repair. Thank you so much!
