My wife, Jamie, and I engaged Carlson Exteriors to reroof our home. Their estimate was the most reasonable and the final charge was exactly what was quoted, there were no surprises in the cost. The crew arrived on time and had the project done in one day! When we inspected the work we found a hole in some of the sheeting that was evidently caused by a weakening of the wood compounded by the weight of the crew and bundles of shingles. We brought this to their attention and the Roofing Foreman was dispatched. He agreed that the issue needed to be resolved and returned to fix it. During the entire process we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Our property was well taken care of and the crew cleaned up very well when they were done. We will use Carlson again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing home exterior work.
