No, all the feedback we had gotten was positive, the only concern was with the weather, how quickly would you be able to respond. You had visited the site, returned a proposal, and set a date for the work before your competitor had even responded to the email request for an estimate. You did what you said you would do, that’s refreshing. This job was pretty straight forward, not a lot of room for error or variables. Your advertising communicates it pretty well, “you actually call back and follow up with your work”
